Seasonal Sunday: Pectin chart for all those preserves.

From about now through fall I preserve many types of jellies and jams and sauces. I try to stick to freezer recipes as I don't like adding all that sugar and most recipes require next to no cooking. Here's a handy dandy chart referencing some common types and their uses. Happy preserving!
