This past week Piggly Wiggly had boneless skinless chicken breasts on sale for $1.29/lb in these big bags so I bought one. I was able to divide it into four 2 lb. freezer bags and one 1 lb. freezer bag. When I buy bulk boneless skinless chicken breasts I like to add a marinade to them while they freeze. So when it comes time to cook they have already marinated while freezing and then while thawing. It only takes a couple minutes to do. This time around I did BBQ for two bags and Italian dressing for two more. The last one I left plain. What are your favorite marinade for chicken? I'd love to experiment.
